Pakistan’s power sector has grown rapidly over the last decade, with new capacity, cutting-edge technologies, and increasing focus on climate action.
However, while infrastructure is expanding, the skilled talent needed to navigate this complexity hasn’t kept pace. A gap persists between technical knowledge and real-world, practical understanding.
Renewables First launched the Margalla School on Energy & Climate (MSEC) to bridge this gap. MSEC is an immersive fellowship aimed at building the human capital driving Pakistan’s energy transition.
