Staff Required: Community Mobilizer (02 Positions)
Indus Resource Centre (IRC) is seeking qualified candidates for the Aawaz-II project in District Malir-Karachi and Thatta. Supported by CARE International Pakistan, the program aims to empower women, girls, boys, youth, religious minorities, and marginalized groups by increasing their voice, choice, and control; protecting them from exploitation; and preventing child/forced marriages, gender-based violence, child protection issues, discrimination, and intolerance.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) in Social Sciences or relevant discipline from HEC-recognized institution.
4-5 years of community mobilization experience, preferably in gender-related programs with local/international NGOs.
